The Healthy Hedonism Festival Australia is a truly unique and experiential gathering of hospitality professionals, health, fitness and wellness professionals, healthy lifestyle enthusiasts and avid biohackers, all in the aim of promoting mindful drinking while maintaining a more balanced, and high performing healthy lifestyle.
Entertainment
We are very excited to announce our Main Stage will be home to some of the world's finest authorities on mindful drinking.
Author and Speaker, Ruby Warrington all the way from New York City, as well our very own home grown experts, Clinton Schultz, Owner of Sobah Beverages, Shannon Rosie from Living with Rosie, Shan Cooper and Sofie Van Kempen, our "badass" Nutritionists.
We will also be entertaining our audiences with interactive conscious cocktail and healthy food Masterclasses with some HUGE prizes!
Fun for All
Across the day guests will have access to multiple boutique workout, wellness and yoga sessions including; Think24Fitness, Fusion Hot Yoga, Nuckle Boxing, Australian Sports Nutrition Challenge, Beer Yoga, with a HUG Samba class and live percussion finale!
Other forms of non-exercise related entertainment include; healthful food, mindful drinking cocktails, beer and the most refreshing herbal and botanical beverages.
Rub shoulders and take photos with our incredibly talented circus performers & entertainers and even try out the new Xcargo swimming pool!
